

Leadership Intolerance
There's a saying us HR types use when we get together to share stories. "Nothing surprises me anymore". What we are saying is that, in our role, we have seen it all. When was your last standing ovation?
Each December on or around my birthday I like to see a show. This past birthday, the selection was Kinky Boots and I was not disappointed. The score was fantastic and the actors knocked it out of the park. So much so that when it came time for the cast to take a bow, I jumped from my seat to my feet and clapped so hard my hands hurt.
